Yes i am posting from Britain.  A place where stiff upper lips come as standard.  Even the Germans couldn't break our spirit throughout the Blitz

Yes, a few cm of snow and schools are shut, roads are closed, trains and planes get cancelled. 

Pathetic.  Get a grip England   

Sounds like Sweden, the difference being that Hitler wouldn't have needed that snow machine.

i find it quite funny that people sit huddled in cars that are going nowhere!  There they sit.  In a big snow flurry.  Wheel spun to fuck!

   It seems the English have forgotten how to walk!

 

Today someone told me that some people did not wave at her any more, when sitting in her car, waiting for kids to come out of school. I said I never wave at people in cars waiting. If they want contact with me, they'd better make the effort to come out and talk to me. She took it with laughter.

White, snowing, and drift-snow. Bit colder than - 3ºC, apparently feeling like - 10ºC, but, I've not been outside yet. It does look pretty.

It was 7F(-13.9C) this morning but it warmed up to sweltering 16F(-8.9C) before the day was over but now it back down to 8F(13.3C)

It's sunny.  I haven't seen the sun in a while.

It has been sunny here for a short time too. Now the sky is of a whitish grey. The rest of the world is white, with some greys, browns and evergreen to be seen. Bit below zero.

It's supposed to be warmer today I am not so sure when I got up it was 4F(-15.5) it's sunny though
