About 4 inches of snow on the ground from last night now it's cloudy and in the 20's

Generally our colder days are late January and in February.  We will get freezing nights occasionally, rarely get below freezing in the days.  New Orleans is located 90 degrees West and 30 degrees North.  We're roughly the same latitude as Cairo, New Delhi, Shanghai, and Kuwait City.

Don't know how warm it was today. But, I was overdressed, and I had dressed a lot lighter than the days before.
Predictions were that it could get up to 12C. Felt like it certainly did get over 10C. There was lots and lots of wind. Felt like spring or autumn.
Good thing is that today all the streets were completely clean from sleet and slush.
