I had sideways rain the whole way up Ben Nevis once.  I had Goretex everything, but I was still completely soaked and freezing by the time I got to the top.

We had sideways hail that broke out house and car windows. Not in my neighborhood, but in this county, the weather was a little rough yesterday. My power supply is only designed to protect against fluctuations in electrical mains, but not an outage, lasting twenty minutes.

Gave up on trying to get online.
