It's interesting to note that we had some of the warmest days on record last summer and you are having the same now.
How hot did it get where you are?

It's been pretty mild up until now, with maximums in the mid 20s. That's been nice. We are supposed to get a windy, rainy day on Wednesday. I would like to see that.

35 C or so, which is very hot around here.

^Yep, that's definitely hot enough. Especially if you don't have any way to keep your house cool.

Nice right now, 24.4°C and sunny at 10:05am.

In the UK, temperatures of 30 and higher just felt **very** hot. Sticky, itchy, horrible. I imagine it would be very similar in Sweden.

A lot of places are poorly ventilated and, of course, air con is almost non-existent. Even in places like shopping malls.

The first job I had in the UK, the temperature inside the office would be 27 C even when it was just over 20 C outside.

Just came in from sitting on the porch.  57 F (about 15C)with 15 mph (about 24 kph) wind.  Coffee was getting too cold too fast so I came in.

What Ren said, pretty much.

The interior of Australia is hot and dry. So it gets hot for the same reasons that the Middle East gets hot.

Where I live (Sydney) it is usually a temperate climate. Not as temperate as San Francisco or LA, but generally it doesn't get as hot in summer as somewhere like Washington DC or New York, which are both a lot further from the equator. And our winters are very mild as well. BUT when we get weather systems coming off the interior, it can get really hot.

Most houses here don't have air conditioning. No point, most of the time.

The climate weather is cold with rain (tears), fog (steam coming out of peoples ears), and thunder (people bitching).  The New Orleans Saints were robbed of their chance for a Super Bowl game by penalties a game official didn't call against the Los Angeles Rams.  Not only the fan's opinions, even the National Football League has said it happened.

26.5°C and sunny of course at 4:20pm.

It's supposed to rain tomorrow. I'll believe it when I see it.

It rained once. Supposed to be a bit more this afternoon.

18.9°C and really bloody windy at 11am. Our minimum tonight is meant to be 17°C. Not much of a fluctuation in temperature.

Well above freezing and raining lightly for over twenty four hours now.
