31.7°C and sunny at 1:10pm.

Edit: it has since gotten hotter - 34.3°C now at 4:25pm. Blech.

A cooler day today, thankfully. The heat was making me very grumpy.

22.9°C and cloudy at 11am.

We're supposed to get rain on Saturday. :)

Well, I learned a new meteorologist phrase;  "This storm is underperforming", and they said it in such a disappointed manner!   :'(  As for me and the family, "underperforming" works wonderfully!  Or as one of my FB friends commented, the phrase was used instead of saying "We goofed".  After 3 straight weeks of Nor'easters.......I'll take underperforming in a heart beat!

It under performed here as well...I think we got around 6"...that's what it looked like with the snowblower yesterday.

It's melting really quick, makes me wonder why I even bothered with it now.

Yeah, it melted really fast here and even some of the 2 feet+ melted by 2pm.

There's 3 cyclones doing their thing around the country at the moment. The one up north is big enough to cover New South Wales. Hope it heads south and we get some of its rain.
