10 am and 26.9C, Fine and Sunny, very dry the humidity is just over 10%

 It's three hours before dawn and the temp is mild, maybe high forties farenheit. It's been raining, a lot, before yesterday afternoon. The ground should be frozen a foot deep by now, but it's muddy as fuck everywhere. We have a flood watch in effect. ???
