Thankfully I now have winter tyres on the Jag.
Here in Australia, we have the same tyres all year round.

The temperature differences between the seasons probably aren't that great, then, I take it? And summer tyres are fairly useless for driving on snow.
It doesn't get cold enough here to have winter tyres. In the winter, the maximum temperature is around 16-18C and in the summer it can get to the mid 40s.

Nope, you don't need winter tyres.

Heavy clouds but quite warm for this time of year.

We, this location, had sub-zero temperatures this early morning. First time 'hic' this Winter, I reckon. Still is -3°C, according to a weather site.

Don't forget to close off the water supply outside. /note to self

Frosty here too, the roofs still covered in a thin layer of white. Not cold enough to harm my pelargoniums, I forgot to put them inside, and got away with it.

Cold; quite a lot of ice around the place for the time of year.

A steady all day rain. Which is odd, considering this is technically high desert.
