We're under a heat alert for the next 3 days. High of 41*C with the humidex. Thankful for air conditioning today.

Hot already at 10am it is supposed to get to around 100F (37.8C) with high humidity also

Not too hot today. We're on a "keep an ear to the radio" watch for a disturbance in the Gulf of Mexico that may intensify and pass close by.  It will bring some strong winds and rain, but probably nothing else.
