my best friend is only 4 11 ::D

I walk up to her and literally set my chin on the top of her head lol

the only thing I dont like about being 5'11 is that I'm often taller than the guy I'm seeing :(

I'm a lot shorter than you.  :zoinks:

The beautiful - not! - snow came back again, mixed with rain.

We had several shades of grey today, with some rain. Wind from the west. Force 5. We even had a hint of sunlight in the afternoon. 8oC. Now it is over 3oC. The wind has dropped back to force 3, still coming from the west.

been warmish, forties, F.

Major flooding south of town. Lots of ice melt and now rain. Many creeks are expanding outside their boundaries. The White River was eighteen feet above normal this week end. Twelve feet is flood stage. Six feet of terror for those living near the banks of the river.

I am on high ground. Nothing to worry about for me, but seeing all those cars floating downstream, because a driver was too stupid to stop for rushing water is a little disturbing.  MOstly, the byways are free and clear, but watch for roads with water flowing over them. Many roads have washed out completely. you look and think that a road has an inch of water flowing over it and you can make it, but then you get out about a hundred feet or so into the wash and the road drops off by six or eight feet, because it is all washed away from the flood.

People have been warned to not trust a road with water flowing over it. What is it that makes them so fucking stupid to go over a road with NO visibility, FFS!!

We had some pretty strong thunderstorms Tuesday night.  Early Wednesday (today) morning another set of rain and extremely high winds (with 4 tornadoes within 60 miles) passed through about 6:30.  We had 4 and 1/2 inches of rain in 1 hour.  There was some street flooding, but once the pumps caught up things returned to normal my early afternoon.  Our neighborhood came through okay, no wind damage.  We're supposed to get another wind situation later tonight, but no rain.

Heavy winds this morning, little less so now but it still remains a bit 'waterkoud' here. Well, to add.. I'm not a big fan of high temperatures but.. man, I'm truly fed up with this chilly weather..

Wasn't too cold for me, but really windy indeed. Did the classic "postie runs after flying flyer" today. Luckily only some flyers, and no proper mail.

Wind has lessened now. Still a force 5. Clouded now and over 7oC / 45 F and it is nearly midnight.  :zombiefuck:

Lots of rain on the way just starting now.  Supposed to be flooding in low laying areas and near rivers
