23.7°C and cloudy at 9:55am. We haven't had any rain and I'd be surprised if we get any. The radar shows precipitation out to sea and that's it.

Warm and clear yesterday, but very windy with a high temperature that rivaled one hundred year old records for this date in February. Have not hear the official readings, yet, but it was warm enough to open the house up and air out some winter funk.

Later might be a similar day.
Windy and dry enough to warrant a local burn ban.
If it was not so windy, I would have pushed for some firepit time this evening.

23°C and sunny at 10:20am. The last two days have been how I wish summer is like all the time. In the mid to high 20s.

cloudy, but rain is holding of for now,  Expecting blustery winds as the cold front moves thru later.  40+ mph or so as they predicted.  Winds picking up now, 57 F

Close to record highs yesterday, but below freezing all day today. Just a few flakes of snow, but nothing that will amount to much.

Was 60 degrees a few days ago, then dropped down to 20.  Now it's back up to 40 or so.
