^One of the reasons I like winter is because my car gets free car washes. Should get another one on Monday as heavy rain is predicted.

Hotter than a tarred'n'feathered monkey in a bastard of a heatwave sent from hell itself.

Fuckin' roasting earlier,really searing  hot.But, I've kinda not had any in about a month or so, maybe a bit longer, so I'm not used to the physeptone I bought the other day. Takes a while to kick in properly, so its kinda tricky to adjust the dose so its just right. Getting the hang of it though, although after I finished watching andromeda after star trek TOS and TNG, I slept in. For the rest of the evening and all night until 7am today.

A lovely 16.3°C and partly cloudy at 3:10pm.

I have just hung two loads of washing out. It may not dry until tomorrow which is when I'll wash the towels and sheets.

Not sure what the ambient temperature is but its searing hot here, absolutely dripping with sweat, even drinking lots of bubblegum flavour pop thats kept in the fridge, and poured over a jug filled to the top with ice cubes.

My goggles keep misting over, at least until I wiped the inside of the lenses with dish soap. Was wearing surgical gloves at first; but they   just filled with sweat and muck like crazy, could only wear them maybe 15-20 minutes, before I had to get rid of them. Damn palms of my hands were starting to go all too-long-in-bath-ey, before I had to drag a penknife blade over my hands, and scrape off all the muck and sweat before flicking it into the bin with the gloves.

Switched  to a pair of porous, soft gloves, and they have no nasty sweating problem, with the surgical gloves over the top. Much better. Those nitrile gloves are just unusable in this filthy, stifling heat.

14C and sunny at 11 am.

It was a little chilly this morning. It's funny to see people dressed for a European winter, though, when it's 10C.

At that sort of temperature here we get some people walking around like it's summer, some people rugged up like it's below freezing, and some people taking the happy medium (office attire, with a light jacket).
