CBC hun, you tried adding plenty soya to your diet? and wild yam (Dioscorea I think the genus is called, might be Discorea, there are other wild yams used as food amongst other things, but thats the family thats useful for pre/post-menstrual symptoms, these are mostly caused by the drop in oestrogen levels) is available as a supplement, health food type sources. Both contain phytoestrogens and should help your hot flashes my dear.*squeezes CBC* Tofu for instance.

Really cool here. Next couple of days are to be the same, if we are to believe our local forecasters. High temperatures in the low seventies Fahrenheit.

The weekend is expected to be in the nineties, though.
