My mum gave me a Galaxy, because she thought it was too complicated for her. It has been some problems with it, though, but it has yet not died *touches wood*

I have an Iphone. I have a samsung Nexus S. I am contemplating another Galaxy S type phone I don't like the Iphone.

Oh big  My little friend.
I2 today is not i2 of yesteryear. It is a knitting circle. Those that participate be they nice or asshats know their place and the price to be there. Odeon is the overlord

.Benevolent if you toe the line.

Think it is I2 of old? Even Odeon is not so delusional as to think otherwise. He may on occasionally pretend otherwise but his base is that knitting circle.

Censoring/banning/restricting/moderating myself, Calanadale & Scrapheap were all not his finest moments.

I'm off work for 2 days, if my boss needs me before the phone is fixed, she can go to hell!  :evillaugh:

That's the spirit!

Sucks the phone died though. I have the cheaper Samsung Galaxy Precedent, lousy battery life, shitty reception, cat has knocked it off the counter probably 20+ times already knocking the back off and the battery out of it.

It should be dead, some days I would like it to be dead, but it refuses.  :facepalm2: :zombiefuck:

I've had my cheapie TracPhone for about 3 years.  The only reason I bought it was that the battery in the older phone was starting to run down.  Since I use the phone only occasionally (charge it about once a week) it lasts a long while.

My landline is for internet access ( DSL ), also for times like this when my cell phone is out of order.  :orly:

What kind of problems have you had?  Does it refuse to pirate things?   :arrr:

Oh big  My little friend.

  to you too, I am happy to report that my phone was easily fixed at Best Buy!

It turns out it just needed a  "hard reset,"  which consists of pressing the power button on
upper right side of the phone and the on/off button at the bottom of the phone at the same time
till it reboots!  Who knew?  Very grateful to the nice Geek Squad lady, also glad I bought the
protection plan for the phone.  If I have more problems, they will order me a replacement
and also lend me a phone to use till my replacement arrives, they need only to move my
simcard from one phone to another.

  Your phone sounds BRAVE!   :arrr:

I dropped my phone the other week, but the tough-as-nails Otterbox case kept it intact.  8)

I still have my little purple flip phone.  If all else fails, I can call Verizon to reactivate service to it.

Awww, what a cute topic.  Poor little n00b!

Almost three years later, I still have the S3 and it's working fine.

Should probably upgrade.  But not yet.  8)

I had an S2 up until a couple of months ago. I started having a lot of trouble with texting. I couldn't send any and I would get an incoming text 20 times or more.

I now have an S5 and like how it has more space to type.
