Lol. My mom and I will take a bunch of splenda or raw sugar packets and put them in our purse when we go out for coffee (rather than buying it). Wish I could bring free coffee from work home too!

Me too. Coffee before sleeping is not a problem at all.

When I have a serious lack of sleep, and drink a lot of coffee, then it does seem to have an effect. I can get jittery and shaky then. Does not help me get more focused or awake though. But, that happens only rarely. Think the last time that happened when I was having driving lessons. So, a very long time ago.
