I used to go poke to my mom and touch her with my finger, but I was not doing to cope.  My mom blabs about my disability strangers to. That doesn't bother me, and my secret  is to eat properly and exercise to fitness. Its all that I have, everyone or almost has gotten someone pregnant. I have no job or driver's license.
