Girls need to know what breast are for. It's for feeding only. Not the secks thing. 
And we can not, and should not rely on the creativity of little girls to use their ordinary dolls for that. 
Creativity, when it comes to breast, is very dangerous, for developing little brains.

I do find the doll unnecessary when you can take any doll to your tit and make suckling noises.

I got given dolls but I never knew what to do with them. I preferred the toys I could take apart and put back together again. I also did the typical autistic thing where I spun the wheels of toy cars. I am glad my parents never made me play with dolls exclusively, although my sister would have liked it.

Lol, as a kid, I used to play with dolls if I found them. In a bit of an unconventional way. Swapping bodyparts around, and quite often taking them out to the middle of nowhere, and blowing them to pieces. That was fun as a little kid.

I'm sure I would have had no end of stick from other kids had they ever seen me with a doll....at least until they saw the new 'suicide squad barbie' bite down on a steel pipe full of aluminium flash, leaving a crater for a gravestone
