I love Spain, cus there it's legal to smoke and posess minor ammounts of weed. I smoked in front of cops, who confirmed by reporting in their walkie "nah, nothing here, just some youngsters smoking weed", at the beach there

Yet the only one I know having been imprisoned for smoking weed is someone who was imprisoned as a minor in Spain. No pleasant prisons there.

Yes, the place where she is and where the laws will be applied.  Can't really take advantage of extraterritorial laws.

It's still not *a problem* for someone to fuck a 17 year old, who incidentally is dressed as a cat, and offering himself on Craigslist. Maybe a problem for his parents, but I'm guessing that particular problem would be the same when he is 18, 19 and 20 as well.

Compare to the middle east, where it is illegal to date, period.
That doesn't mean dating is problematic in itself. That's all I'm saying, Eris fucking a 17 year old dude dressed as a cat, isn't a problem. It's weird sure, and it's something as ridiculous as "statutory rape", hell, it could be called "statutory murder-rape-genocide" and still not be anything else than a 17 year old getting some.

Age of consent in PA is 16, so assuming that is where she is still living the term "underaged kid" doesn't apply.
