A report has been released alleging that a doctor unethically doled out powerful prescription drugs and repeatedly exposed herself at the office, including forcing a female co-worker to “motor boat” her surgically enlarged breasts. Dr. Tressie Montene Duffy, who runs a weight-loss practise in West Virginia, US, which claims to specialise in “Chronic Pain and Opioid Dependency” and promotes “wellness” for “your mind, body and spirit”, is under investigation by the state’s medical board.She faces sanctions for allegedly forcing her employees to fill out blank prescription slips for powerful painkillers and other drugs, when she was out of the office.Complaints of a sexual nature have been made against Dr Duffy which claim that after she underwent breast augmentation surgery she repeatedly exposed her “post-augmentation breasts” to staff and patients at the clinic.She also reportedly rubbed them against staff and allowed or permitted drug salespeople to feel her breasts while staff or patients were present.In early 2012 Duffy allegedly placed her hands on the head of a woman known only as Complainant R.“Dr. Duffy pulled Complainant R’s head between Dr. Duffy’s breasts and asked Complainant R to ‘motor boat’ her,” the complaint states.The Urban Dictionary defines motorboating as “the act of pushing one’s face in between two ample breasts, and rocking one’s head side to side very rapidly while making a vigorous, lip-vibrating ‘brrr’ sound.”“Later that same day, Dr. Duffy grabbed Complainant R by the back of her head and kissed her on the lips,” the complaint continues.Complainant R told Duffy the actions were unwelcome and asked her to stop. Duffy said Complainant R was being a “titty baby,” the complaint states.Another employee, known as Complainant M, also alleged that Duffy engaged in unwanted “sexual innuendo” and also threw “temper tantrums,” including kicking a chair at the employee on the day Complainant M quit the job in Duffy’s clinic.The report also mentions that Dr Duffy purchased more than 1,000 doses of Suboxone and that she had been self-prescribed Suboxone and testosterone.Duffy is also believed to have, “engaged in a scheme with a drug salesperson to inflate the salesperson’s sales in exchange for consideration from the salesperson, including paid parties and office staff.”In 2013 a board investigator found medications, some surrendered by patients, in a safe at the clinic and labelled for “office use,” according to the complaint."The continued licensing of Dr. Duffy to practice medicine and surgery in the state of West Virginia presents a danger to the public due to her violations of the West Virginia Medical Practice Act," the complaint states.Duffy's attorney, told reporters that her client "denies any and all wrongdoing," and claimed it was "not the first time" the board had tried to revoke her license.Reports claim that Dr. Duffy was charged in 2009 with felony prescription fraud and conspiracy to commit prescription fraud.The board will meet on Nov. 17 for a three-day hearing to determine Duffy's future.
