That was clear from the start. But it was a very special sandwich. So just mentioning ham and cheese isn't enough.

Type of bread, with or without green bits, type of ham, type and maturity of cheese, butter or margarine, all these things matter.

This is more or less what it looks like.



This one seems to include peppers and a salad leaf but get rid of them and you'll get fairly close.
