Today researchers published (huge study) that drinking three cups of coffee a day most likely has beneficial effects, for liver/blood 'quality'/better 'working' of insulin, on the drinkers health.

I've been drinking three cups a day for many years (sometimes 2, sometimes 4) and..

.. am now sipping my second of the day.
