I was never able to convince my old doctor to fix my hiatal hernia, even though I know that that and the spastic esophagus are why my food doesn't go all the way down for long periods of time and comes back up all day.

They are very unwillingly to do that here too. I have had similar problems for two and a half year now, though not nearly as bad as yours. Right now - *touches wood really good* - it's pretty OK.

P/u g'friend from an eye appt, maybe a late b'fast with her
Drop off stuff at thrift store
Take the PR bowling
Maybe a bit more decluttering or laundry

At least dinner is mostly made, just reheat the chicken I roasted Sunday, use some l/o rice from today and open some canned greens.
