I got no sleep whatsoever last night. I was awake all night, tormented by muscle spasms in my calf and thigh.

Just got back from my docs though, he gave me some valium (diazepam), as a muscle relaxant. I imagine my chlormethiazole probably has some myorelaxant properties, but not sure now much, as its much closer to a barb than a benzo.

I slept very well.  I guess the doctor was right.  He said if I didn't go to bed exhausted I wasn't doing enough.  Yesterday was a workout.

Slept pretty well, but, feel I need to sleep again already. Have not even been up for 12 hours.  :zombiefuck:

Oh well, alarm will be set to wake me in seven and a half hours. It's OK, to give in to my need to sleep.

I woke up at 1:30am and couldn't sleep for the rest of the night. Maybe the new meds caused this.
