took a sleeping pill after not sleeping for a while... lost track of how long.... and im still not tired... just... kinda woozy

Cannot recall what time I went to bed but I slept well. Nice fresh bed-linen is nice.

 I slept surprisingly well, once the jaw pain stopped; I did spend a little time
 sitting up rocking like the Weeble that I am!  :cbc:

slept like a log last night without a sleeping pill but felt restless tonight, took one around 10... still restless though so its not helping i guess...

I can't and I even took Lunesta an hour ago. Anxiety. Stress. Depression. Should've taken Xanax instead to calm my anxiety.

Have done this a lot lately. Must be going through another phase where I hardly sleep unless I take meds for it. Usually I feel ok despite little sleep but not this morning. Sort of aching behind my eyes.
