Played a couple of 5-a-side games of football. The hall we play in is an old converted railway shed, and it's usually freezing. It's roasting at the moment. Some of the roof looks like its made out of clear plastic. Im the goalkeeper, and it was like spending 2 hours standing in a greenhouse :thumbdn: Really not fun, especially when I turned up in my huge, thick goalkeepers top :zombiefuck:

At times, I thought I would either faint, or puke :zombiefuck: Even now, I think Im still dehydrated, and cant stop drinking.

Attended a BD party.

And then took the long way home. (Delay upon delay with the trains)

Some woodwork, and getting busy in the lab, whilst blasting out loud metal and industrial music in the back ground (rammstein, kittie, disturbed, mudvayne, drowning pool)

Got to keep busy, working on my pods to dope project :)

Do you drink just plain water?  Try some Gatorade to restore electrolyte balance!  :viking:

Went out to the dinner for pancakes
Took Max out for a ride in the van and a short walk by the river
Brushed Max and gave him a snack

Went to a barbecue this afternoon. Charlotte called me (phone) out of the blue and asked if I fancied it. Was nice.

Haven't done, except for visiting a supermarket also, much else today.. for it's frikkin' hot and humid here.

Yeah, did shave, took a shower, brushed my teeth, etc... those little daily returning joblets too (but.. ).
