Lab blood work for both the PR and me.  Took her to the walk-in clinic at the doctor's office.  As suspected, her eye is itchy because of allergies.

I did medical stuff too.  I had a complete physical and also an EKG recommended by my psychiatrist
to check for possible side effects of medication.  ( It's very unlikely that I will have a problem. )

Brought my daughter to the orthodontist then drove all over doing errands

Two hours ago I sharpened the thing where I'm now a little confused about what to properly call it in Engels. Thanks to Hykey, Lit and myself of course (other thread/never mind)

This is the 'thing'.. with a long handle..

Which was a bit of a bugger for I didn't have the proper disc (for metal) on my elec. angle grinder and I instead used a disc for stone. Takes um, about 15 minutes longer to get near the sharpness I was after. Used a vile (for metal/yes/duh) to properly finish this little task.

Also made a fish soup which, had a small bowl of it to try, I'm going to eat for starters with this evening's supper.. which is a courgette/asparagus pasta dish.

Hahah, you can't cook like I do. Naah nah nahnah nah.  :autism:

Oh, properly got rid of most of the dust in my bedroom too.

Is that some kind of torture device Lutra? ^

Tonight, when i was putting the urchin to bed, the little sleepy head was telling me how he is going to America in the morning.  He wants to go to America very badly because he wants to visit The Baby Loony Tunes.  So i asked him how is one small urchin going to get across that big ocean with one pound and a pocket full of Haribo,  and he said (so matter of factly) "in my ELECTRIC SEA CAR Mommy"

Silly me.  :facepalm2:

Contemplated Powerlessness and took a sneak peak at Resentments.

Went through some clutter in the bedroom.  Continued getting the winter clothes together to put them away.  However, I may be sleeping on the love seat tonight because there's a lot of stuff piled on my bed.

Ah, it is you who I need for advice, I think.

My youngest niece will be 4 very soon. When I asked her what she wanted for her BD, she answered: "Engels" (English). Asking her more about it. She wants to get English for her BD, and that will make her fluent in English the moment she unwraps it.

We are kind of stuck now.

Broccoli? No, njetski, sørry.. that's not possible with this dish. But but, bet you wouldn't be bothered by the asparagus in this dish.

And no no, that's no device to torture, Bodie. It's a garden tool where one could 'scrape off' weeds from the top soil. Oldfashionly so.. it's called a hoe, I think.

This type of tool was invented by farmers/folks that work the fields.. probably over a hundred years ago (Um, something similar over a thousand years, maybe?).

It's quite effective in 'unearthing' weeds with root and all by pulling it tactfully towards you.

Still haven't used mine though.. for it's too frikkin' wet here. Dry weather is needed to properly get rid off the weeds (using the tool).
