Had cameras perusing my innards. :zombiefuck:

 :viking:

Yay, you.  I hope they see what's causing your problems.

Inconclusive. Have to wait for biopsy results.
Crazy, I'm halfway to crazy
Suicide would waste me
Homicide would break me
Tongue tied and tied to the tongue
Tongue tied and tied to the tongue
Oh, is life as bad as dreams
I guess that's just the way it seems

Where was the biopsy collected from?

Stomach, mostly, but also from the colon and small intestine.

I hope they can find and fix whatever it is.

If anyone ever shoved a camera up my ass all they would find is my head.

When I was 7 or so, they put a camera up my arsehole, because it seemed like I had blood in my shit. It hurt and was humiliating. In the end it turned out that the colour came from a synthetic candy colorant, that is now forbidden  :thumbdn:

As far as GI inspections go, I had one in March last year and one in June this year. They just showed a "minimal" hiatal hernia, like the quacks call it. Easy for them to say, since it's not they who get their own hydrochloric acid up in the mouth  :thumbdn:

This is a very demanding thread title.  It's almost 1pm and I've only been up 2 hours, what the hell could I have done so far?

holy crap stuff at the store is insane. I've got over a dozen cats and all but 1 are under a year. 9 are under 12 weeks. It's kitten chaos. One cage of little buggers were wrestling and tipped over their water bowl no less than THREE times which caused it to go into the cage underneath them, housing a 1 year old cat who hates all kittens, including her own. The way she growled at them and tried to stick her paw up into the cage and tell them off was hilarious. All kittens know her as the "scary grumpy old lady." of course she's just 12 months old herself, but to the wee ones she's old and scary

Went to PA's doctor appt.  Have a follow-up visit to fill out paperwork in mid Oct and the surgery (bone graft) on his ankle is tentatively scheduled for mid-November.

Filled the emotional hole in me with apple pie and ice cream (pie a la mode) at the diner.

I'm sorry that he has to have this done and go through another long recovery.  I hope it goes well this time.

Got an unexpected call from the dentist.  They had an opening and since PA had cancelled his appt earlier this year because of not knowing how/when he could walk again.  So, he went to the dentist.

Ate lunch at McDonald's with PA
Went thrift store shopping with the PR.  I was looking for recliner for PA's next recovery and a bathtub seat.  No luck, but I still have 6 weeks to look.

McDonalds isn't good for you. Don't you have any decent places to eat in America?  :-\

Thank you.  The only alternative was for him to wear a brace for the rest of his life.  He said he was relieved when he said Yes to the surgery.  We know the routine and have most of the things we need for his recovery.  The recovery time will be slower because of the bone graft, but I've told him he HAS to take a ride with me every 10 or so days to get him out the house. Yeah, right.

If you get a grilled chicken salad and an iced tea it isn't so unhealthy.  They also have yogurt parfaits, apples and walnut sides and oatmeal all day.  So you can get a fairly decent meal there if you choose wisely.

But all in all, I agree with you.  I'd rather be at Antoines, Brennans, etc.

Lunch at the café costs 85 kronor or about $12. For that you get salad, bread, water, coffee and a small desert included  :orly:
