Had to fax something for my husband, went for a walk, rested, moved the moving boxes aside in my son's bedroom.

Paid some bills at a couple supply houses
Installed a window box I made and fixed the trim boards around the steps for a customer

Drove my daughter to the airport. She's going to spend the next two weeks in Nottingham training figure skating.

Not far off from me there, nottingham isn't a huge way off from manchester.

She's very brave. It's her first flight trip without us. :viking:

She's been training for this all summer.

There's 14 of them, actually, plus the coach. They are staying at a local hotel but I suppose most of their time is spent at the skating rink.

Today I have been slacking off like a pro.

Yesterday, I made two appointments at the dentist. One for me, I had been postponing to do that for months, and one for my mother, who was even worse, than I am, in postponing.

I'm pretty damned good at it, too. Olympic Games-good.

Yes, don't worry, Nottingham is a sleepy little town,  well it's more of a village really.  The village boasts only a handful of boys who's only recreational activity is bell ringing and choir practice    Apart from an ice rink, and Boots the chemist, there is only a small post office and the village hall.   :zoinks:

Went to Leicester for a job interview, I think it went alright-ish. Anyone know if it's legal for them to ask disability related questions during interviews? :apondering:
