 Before I saw the lower portion of this post, I was about to say I hope you hadn't

took the stuff I scrounged from the next door neighbor's trash and one small bag of my own to the thrift store.  Bought b'fast, fixed lunch, opened mail, computered.

Haven't done very exciting things either but did make 4 appelflappen today. It's been a while since I've made them and thought, being bored, what could be nice to bake today?

They're made with puff-pastry and are filled with small pieces of one apple, some raisins, tadski sugar and cinnamon, pinch of salt and some crushed walnuts. An egg to seal the package and to make the crush nice. Um, this for 20/25 minutes in a pre-heated oven of about 220*C.
