So far,
cleaned up after the PRs virus,
ate b'fast at the diner,
picked up something from the storage unit,
tried to buy boxes there but the manage was checking on the units
dropped off items at thrift store
dumpster dived and got some (but not enough) boxes
put some of the boxes together
started to continue dehoarding.

Seen the psych. Was really confusing as he kept bringing up Bipolar because of my sleep cycles and the one mixed episode I had. So he has prescribed a new med based on me having Bipolar. :D But it is a med along the lines of what I want to try anyway, called ziprasidone (or Zeldox in Australia, Geodon in other places) and I am starting at a low dose. Saphris and Abilify were suggested but these are expensive meds, not on the PBS here unless I have schizophrenia which I don't.

A spar is the main structure in the wing of an aircraft that basically carries the aircraft's full weight. and I built it. With my hands. Because I'm awesome.   :celebrate:

I knew a spar was something on a boat, so I couldn't figure out why you were making one inland.  But then I never could figure out why my father-in-law was stationed in the Navy in Ottumwa, Iowa in WW2.
