Hmm, bonsai is definitely not the right idea. Those are kind of disturbing.

Finished my new wooden box project.  Added some green and blue seaglass, herkimer diamond quartz crystal and a piece of obsidian around the silver cufflink piece inlay on the cover.  It's been stained and varnished and I am pretty satisfied with the outcome!   8)

Didn't mean making it tiny, but rather forcing the shape. The mention of a twisted trunk juniper tree brought something like this to mind. That's likely not going to naturally occur in anyone's yard.

Pulled up floorboards looking for what smelled like a dead rat. It was. :puke:

The house still reeks like hot garbage.

OY!  When we lived in a house we owned for 16 years with a major mouse population, Once every other month we would smell a dead mouse.  It would last for about 3 days and then disappear until the next mouse died.  Fun................NOT!

The #1 annoying invasive species around here is Japanese knotweed. Fucking thing just takes over.

My Inlaws had a ton of it around their place in upstate NY.  Fortunately, they had a family of Beavers that loved to eat the stuff.

We have a few beavers around but I don't think they dare venturing that far. Supposedly pigs like eating it too, but that's not an option either.

Edited a paper I'm supposed to submit by the end of this week.

My inlaws place was on the edge of slow river, forests and fields.  With a decent sized piece of wetland for them to build a lodge.

Minor grocery shopping, stuffed myself (July 4) and just vegged out.

Marking this post as as a way beyond my dreaded palindrome fears.
Having to read frontwards and backwards to get a meaning from scribbles, palindromes are like speed bumps, except with big walls.
I am making it past. :congrats:

This morning, I finished (as well as possible) packing up and labeling all my JBL Monitor pieces and parts. I actually built a crate almost as large as one speaker and placed inside all my pre-cuts, jigs, odd tools for router and preparations. I have a second one with small accessories I've collected over many years which will be essential (eventually) as the project is completed.

Moving this fall to a new home. Have not yet found one.
