Done a 4 mile walk today, clearly in a much better physical shape than I've been in quite a while.

Brought Carla her coffee at work, shopped, got my car gassed up, took a walk and picked up the trash on the way.

Today I met up with crush boi and we went and visited the other boss guy before heading out to a waterfall for a bushwalk and picnic lunch.
Went down to the base of the falls. Nothing tells you how unfit you are like ascending 600 stairs back up to the top of a gorge does :laugh:
