Went to sports. Got youngest somewhat active. Checked on window of attic, that had been blown loose and was lying on the roof. Retrieved it and put it back in place. This was not a good workout for the hinges of the window.  :P

Window itself till intact though. I have told the company who owns the houses that this window is not the way it should be before. Then they didn't bother. But will mention it again in 12 days. Then there will be a house inspection, aimed at insulation and windows.
I can do upside down chocolate moo things!

Had a detailed talk with Carla about my soon to be signing up for Medicare health coverage as I am fast approaching (or so it seems  :P ) deadline to sign up.  OY  Good thing I married an expert in that.   8)

Had a greatly needed 4 hour nap after a soak in the tub.

Put a new cord on an ancient jewelry buffer/grinder
Cleaned up around the house

Worked on a high ceiling off of sketchy scaffolding that wasn't quite high enough for most of it

Got an email from the Salvos about the stores staying open. I have a feeling that will change by Friday when I'm rostered on again. Today was lots of hard work because only 3 of us were there.

Went on a garden buying spree after hearing rumours from a coworker with a neighbour in government that nonessential stores will be closed down starting tomorrow or the next day.

Usually I buy plant starts, but this year I'll be figuring out how to start cucumbers and tomatoes and bok choi from seeds. Got myself a tray of those little seed starter cups.

Woke up and checked the news. Had some coffee. Logged on here. Had some more coffee.

Took Kayleigh to the doctor. We couldn't even go in. Kayleigh rang reception and they got her doctor on the line. So Kayleigh had a phone appointment and then went to the back door where she was handed her prescriptions. I was peeved because it was hot in the car.

Our non essential businesses are to close by noon today. There was a phone meeting last night with Trudeau and all the Premiers. I'm thinking that every province who has to take these measures will have the same list. So these are all the essential businesses. There's over 70 of them.
