Went for a walk at the foreshore, when I got home, Kayleigh wanted to know if I'd like to watch Killjoys. I did, it's not a bad show. She cooked us some steaks which were really tasty. I couldn't be a vegetarian.

pan fried some breaded pork tenderloin medallions and they turned out really nice.  Had some Boston Baked beans as a side dish!  Yummy!

Oh, and I bought more books!  A John Lennon bio was one of them!

Three loads of washing, hanging out to dry, then folding and bringing it in. The third load is still out on the line, it will dry overnight.

Lots of YouTube watching about the software development life cycle and software testing. I hope to have some things worth contributing at the interview on Tuesday.

Not so much me (I help stir a bit), but my wife is doing her once a year confectioners marathon today.
Making candy is something that she loves once she gets started, but dreads in anticipation. Nothing but bitchin about it all week long, but now that it is happening, she is happy. Reminds me of her mom. She learned from a good one!

Fur babies think all this kitchen activity MUST have something to do with feeding them, surely. Fur babies are awesome!

A snake? Not a real snake. If you were in Australia though...

I haven't done much except breakfast and meds. But I'll be getting ready soon to see The Grinch with my friend at the cinema. I have no idea why she wants to see it. It had better make me laugh.

Coffee, dropped the kids at work (still feels weird to say that), took the dog out for his morning constitutional and associated "business"  but not much else. Wife is out buying groceries, laundry was finished yesterday, along with a huge pot of beans for the week. I have a nice small chuck roast in the slow cooker for evening meal.
Wife spent most of yesterday making candy for her "friends" at work. She loves to do this and she has some talent in confectionery. Her layered truffles are amazing. She always leaves some for us.

I plan to veg today and watch a football game or two.
