  Let's see if I can remember the ingredients ...  :fatchef:

  9 cups granulated sugar
  5 and 2/3 cups salad oil
  14 eggs
  5 and 2/3 tsp baking soda
  4 tsp salt
  4 tsp cinnamon
  9 tsp vanilla extract
  36 oz canned pineapple tidbits and juice
  9 cups shredded carrots
  4 and 1/2 cups walnuts
  11 and 1/4 cups flour

  Frosting: Big block of cream cheese, 2-pound bag of confectioner's sugar,
  little slosh of milk, a few teaspoons of vanilla extract, pinch of salt (optional)
