Noticed the page before was page 444 of the thread. I like the number 444. Once I lived on number 444.

Hoped this post would be on page 444, but I had to modify my text.

Am I the only one who uses the setting where maximum posts are displayed on each page?  This is page 134 for me.

A lot.

That's a little vague.  Are you hiding something?  :police:

Not really. Could not be arsed to write it all down. Was sure I'd forget stuff too.

What did I do?
After a night with very little sleep, because of withdrawal symptoms of youngest;
Waking kid, writing emails, making appointments, racing to the pharmacy to drop of a prescription, having breakfast with kid, packing lunch. making everything ready to head out to work. Cleared the table and the counter. Made another appointment. Got a text telling other kid was on her way home sick. Left with kid to go to work. When I wanted to get on the bus, I noticed I had not brought my wallet.
 :roar:
So, headed home again. Sick kid had arrived. Gave her a hot cup of tea, a cuddle and a hot wheat bag. Then went to busstop again. Enjoyed the ride as a break. Arrived at work. Worked hard. Did some groceryshopping in a supermarket nearby where I work. Took bus home. Found two kids horizontal. One in bed, the other on the couch.
Had tea with both of them, thought up what to have for dinner. Ran some last errands to be able to make that. Came home, found youngest as good as asleep, gave her some yoghurt and tucked her in.
Wanted to make dinner with oldest. But she wanted a shower first.
That's about what I did when I wrote that post.
After that, phone conversation with brother, making and eating pizza with oldest. Youngest coming downstairs to be on the couch for a while, with a bucket. Her filling bucket without mucking cat, couch and clothes. Me emptying and cleansing bucket. Urged her to rinse her mouth, gave her some water, and tucked her in again.
After that, oldest and I had a cup of tea again, and I crashed for the night.

Wonderful mama cow.  :hyke:   I'd want you taking care of me if I were sick.

49 minutes and 47 seconds on the Indian help line.  At least the phone is active now and working.

Had some coffee, took a shower and drove to the cinema. Now waiting for the first of today's shows to start.

Woke at 7:30 am. Put collected waste paper at the curb of the street. Cats came outside with me and stayed outside. Fed sick kid a little bit of water. And went back to bed. Was so fucking tired. Got up at 11:20. Showered. Made sick kid some excuse for breakfast (grated apple with cinnamon and some soft tea).
Now it is time for breakfast for me and not so sick kid.

Saw Hateful eight and then paid $200 for my daughter to get her bloody hair done.
I2 today is not i2 of yesteryear. It is a knitting circle. Those that participate be they nice or asshats know their place and the price to be there. Odeon is the overlord

.Benevolent if you toe the line.

Think it is I2 of old? Even Odeon is not so delusional as to think otherwise. He may on occasionally pretend otherwise but his base is that knitting circle.

Censoring/banning/restricting/moderating myself, Calanadale & Scrapheap were all not his finest moments.

How to apologise to Scrap

$200?

WTF. What did they do to her hair to earn that amount of money?
