Analysed my laziness in not going to the gym,
found an answer,
went to the gym,
rode 2.6 miles in 24 minutes without exceeding 100 BPM heart rate
did stretching exercises

Not a great deal.

Reading some scifi online, listening to Still Remains, took some of my meds, shot up a handful of morphine tablets, had a fag. Otherwise, absolutely fuck all.

Nothing much at all really, although I couldn't chance trying to sleep, as my doctors opens at half 8 am, and I need an appointment. And with the number of MS contin I'd shot over the evening and muscle relaxers/tranqs swallowed I couldn't risk it. So I stayed up all night to make sure I get to see him.

So all I did was read scifi online, and boned up on my mol.biology research, some papers on culturing Ergot fungi (Claviceps spp.)

Later today though I have to go and vote for the representative for EU parliament/den of liars, thieves and paedophiles :P

Technically yesterday. I ignored Kings day, apart from the fact that I had to get my groceries early, because of shop closing early. Mothering, doing laundry, gardening, dishes, cooking, making beds, and visiting a tiny baby pussycat, watching a Maria Lang thing and a Wallander, that was about what I did today.

Finally had a day that wasn't cold, raining or windy and rebuilt the carb on my 20+ yr old Honda mower.

Let it pull me around the yard and cut grass until I ran out of gas.

The beast lives again. 8)
