Took the dogs out and got them a doughnut and got myself a coffee
Walked a little with them by the river (very little it's cold)
Laundry
Looked for some files on my old laptop from before 2008 and did not find them

Shoveled snow.
It did not miss us like they promised. But we only ended up with about 5"...could be worse.

Spent most of the day waiting at airports and about four hours in the air to get to Prague. Then met with a few colleagues for beer and dinner.

I woke with a shock this morning, realising I had never set my alarm, because of dropping off to sleep the moment I felt my bed.
Yes, I was right, it was 7:10 am, instead of 5:30 am.
Managed to get oldest to school in time.
Got youngest to school a bit later. Now I still try to wake.

But, I have bought bread this morning, have had a laugh in the bakery, and a cuddle from my favourite villager. So, there is nothing to complain about.

Shoveled snow, ran snow blower...didn't get mailboxes un-buried in time...so no junk mail for me. :P

Saturday I fed the cat, Martha, and the parakeet, Hedwig.  Washed, dried and folded clothes.  Grocery shopped.  Fed the family.  Spent too much time on the internet.

Got up early
Talked into going to the Mohegan Sun (Casino) before the crowds  not my kinda thing but it was interesting to see just how big that place was

Went to pick up my new reading glasses but the überly warm store was, imo, too frikkin' crowded with other customers so I decided, after 15 seconds, I'd try again later. I was not going to wait there for probably more than 15 minutes. No, no, no.. niks van dattum.

After that I went into a Moroccan (maybe Turkish butz.. ) store and got me some rib chops made out of lamb. Marinated (ginger juice/thyme/shoarma herbs) them as soon I got home. Made fresh garlic sauce also.. to put on the meat before eating them.

Did my daily groceries and bought three of those big prawns at a Vietnamese stand in front of the supermarket. With sweet and sour sauce.

Oh ja, also cut my own hair today and vacuum cleaned the bedroom after that.

Going to make dinner in a little while and merely make myself a nice salad to side the lamb's meat.

Went to a doctor appointment
Got some heavy duty garbage bags at Lowes
Dug my trailer out of the snow and cleaned the ice off it's roof

Cooked, stew w/venison, spaghetti w/light tomato sauce.
SIL & BIL stopped by...visited.
Made a batch of laundry detergent since I was running out...did more laundry.
