The point of poverty lifestyle is much better than availible healthcare when considering infants or even pregnant women. There's some doctors who won't accept Medicaid, but enough who do that there's no real divide in quality of service. It would be interesting to see a study among class, even if ony over the span of one year. There's information everywhere that says not only income, but education effect infant mortality rates. Though the only reputable study I can locate charges for the article.
