No, not really.
Laying flat on your back, pulled up legs, feet on the floor not too far from your buttocks as a starting position. Then slowly making your knees "fall" alternately to left and right can help stretch the muscles of the lower back.
My left eye feels somewhat gooey. Right one itches. Yesterday left one itched like hell.

Rosacea acting up. Not too messy yet. Hope it will not get worse than this, this summer.
