I will try to make more regular appearances.     My routine is all out of sync right now.

Thank you.  Everyone turned out to be healthy as can be expected. 

I received a tearful call from the PR while we were at PA's test.  She'd  taken the parakeet out the cage (as she evidently does when we're not here) and it somehow got out of her hand.  Evidently she thought I'd lose my cool, but I didn't.  She somehow chased it into our room where it is under our dresser.  It must like it there because we haven't heard a chirp out of her.  She'll come out when she's hungry.

Like a ghost town around here, it's coming back a little, but it's going to take time.

A very dear and (my) closet friend is having surgery today.  PA is having an invasive medical test.  Neither one is serious, but I'm still worrying about 2 people I love.
