Just heard last night about an former classmate and old friend from high school passed away.   :'(  I realize it's part of life, but, I still feel it and I'll never get used to the fact that my friends are passing away more and more.  Oh well, sooner or later my name will be out there when I pass on.  :-\

Oy. my Lively/Jitterbug smart phone gave me a heart attack this morning.  I turned it on and it did its little gurgle thingy to say I had notifications.  I clicked them on and all of a sudden it started a flashing weird screen appearance and I could not do anything.    I finally was able to get into the mode where I could turn it off or restart it.  I chose restart as a kind of reboot and it somehow worked.  I was ready to run down to Best Buy where I bought it to have somebody check it out.  <phew> Crisis averted, inner luddite calmed and relaxed.   :P
