No matter how good STAR WARS - The Force Awakens is as an individual movie, I am still going to be supremely upset at the complete lack of respect for the long established Expanded Universe, which unlike Marvel and DC, has been painstakingly kept congruent.

For greater excitement, stop using hotels.  When visiting a foreign city, youth hostels and general homelessness decrease the boredom factor.

I know. It will be way more different when she will move out.

Funny, I had been living on my own for a few years already, before becoming a legal adult. Back then the turning point was at age 21.

What has changed is that the income of parents can get lower when kid turns 18, and that kid still in school has to apply for a state allowance. Making them more independent from parents, but also teaching them right away how to get a state allowance. Weird.
