Appearances can be deceiving.

Met an older guy on the bike trail yesterday...in his late 70's, a little out of breath he stopped for water while we were gazing at the river.

Thought...well he's almost at the 3 mile mark, wonder how far he'll go?

He rides 35 miles, has close to 5,000 miles on his present bike. We drove to the trail, he biked there by the highway.  :zombiefuck:

He started out ahead of us on the way back, I saw why he was out of breath. He rides like the wind.
