Sunday therapy? There's no way I'd be able to see my psychologist on a Sunday. I guess there they can practice whenever?

It's a telecommunications appointment... I'm in my safe space in the basement talking to my therapist on the computer instead of the clinic.

That's convenience. They call it "telehealth" here. I've had one appointment like that - with an asthma specialist.

I used to see a therapist about the time when I hit that proverbial wall, some ten years ago. Cognitive behaviour therapy, nominally, but really me gaming the system and her knowing it. She did help, though, and quite a lot at that. So maybe she knew what I was doing.

I honestly don't know. I've kept thinking I should go back.

I should be reading my book, also needing to make a trip to Walmart soon. Though I wish I could blend into the crowds, I don't want to alienate my work friends that are still at the store.

If you happen to see them just say hello and that you're in a rush. That way you're not insulting them or anything and you can get out of there quickly.
