And another Enoch who was taken away alive by God. He was the father of Methuselah, the man who lived the longest (around 969 years, if I remember correctly). I think this is the Enoch you meant.
Yes, I was talking about Seth's son. I was puzzled because enos is not Enoch. The Brits had a politician named Enoch Powell back in the 1980s. There was some controversy when Eric Clapton endorsed him.

@ PPK, yes, I went to Brittany in 2001 and Normandy in 2005. I went to Normandy on a school trip and it was D-day themed.

To those wondering which Enos I got the name from, yes it was the chimp. He orbited the earth about twice then on the third one had to land because there were complications on the ship. He made it down safe but died a year later of an unrelated illness.
I do agree that they shouldn't have been sent up there, it's just not right. Why couldn't NASA just send an actual astronaut there? Instead of being cowards and sending up someone that can't even agree to it first!
