I really want to take this job... but I'm uneasy about it because of the public transportation being "meh"

I'm blessed by the Lord, well at least according to the Jamaican lady who told me at least ten times as she walked down the sidewalk in front of the house I was working on today
I recently saw a youtube video of an Australian person. They didn't have a stereotypical accent but something in their speech caught my attention. Then more recently I was watching a baking show that also had an Australian person who did the same thing. They both used a k sound at the end of ing words, like somethink and anythink. I wonder if this is a common occurrence or maybe regional like different accents in the US. I also wonder if it's done for all ing words, or only the ones ending with thing.
