Thinking the hitler and soapbox ones were already there.

Yes, those two were there, but you had to press a link to see/use them. Now all are placed for direct use, when posting. There are more changes. But those three preachers stood out for me. :P

It's a social experiment of sorts. The reorder was for two purposes.  First, a lot of smileys that are never used were in the main page while many that were regularly used were in the pop-up.  I moved a few around to make it easier.  Second, I wanted to see how much a smiley's availability affected its use.  I imagine quite a bit.  And given that preachy soapbox diatribes are a popular type of post around here, I wanted to give everyone some options in response ;)
