What if the food bank closed down due to Ricktard's greediness?

Maybe he could attempt food stamp fraud by simply claiming to be homeless with no income and no resources whatsoever.

Then he could easily get 100 to 200 dollars per month for whatever food he wants. While saving up his disability check for fire agates!

Oh, NOW you want to be moralistic? There's nothing wrong with alcohol as long as you don't drink too much of it.

However, you're defrauding the food bank by saving up money for a stupid rock while claiming that you have no money. THAT is much worse than a little underage drinking.

Almost everyone has drank, well before they were 21.

 Lets ask a cop if going to a food bank to eat, is an arrestable offence (even if the person has saved money)

Who gives a flying fuck about someone who's 19 and drinks? There are countries in the world whose minimum drinking age are as LOW as 14 years old.
