Advice to desperate autistic females.
« on: October 12, 2006, 11:15:47 AM »
They need none. Apparently, only the disabled male equivalent are the desperate and unlucky ones for companionship. They just need to bend over for some random horny guy, and hey presto. :moon:

Congratulations! You have a boyfriend!

I wish I had a vagina, so I can lure all the horny guys into my web like the legendary Succubus, Lilith.

(All sarcasm, btw.)

I know that it may seem that way to you, Peaguy, but that's not the way it really is from my point-of-view.

In the first place, I would never bend over for some random horny guy.  Before I was married the guy would have to be very special to me in many ways.  Now, of course there is only one man who is that special to me.

In the second place, I know some AS females who have many of the same relationship problems that many AS guys have.  I know that it has been easier for me in some ways than it has been for them because men have always found me pretty, but even so, I have had lots of problems too.  I had to wonder if the men pursuing a relationship were only attracted to my looks or if there was a deeper connection between us that would be stronger than their reaction to my differences.

(All sarcasm, btw.)

Thanks for the edit.  You reeled me right in.  Good one, Peaguy. 8)

I know a couple of women with AS who can't get a bf.  Mainly because their looks are horrible and their personality mind-numbing.

Oh, goody for you. And this is coming from the manic-depressive chico above me.

I was just taking the piss out of the stereotype that one gender has it far easier than the latter. No hard feelings, eh?

None at all.  Sometimes I totally miss sarcasm and take things too literally.

I really meant that it was a good one.

Some female aspies I have met talk in a too loud voice and talk incessantly, and you get a headache listening to them.  I think that is what puts the guys off more than anything.

I think you could compromise with that.  Just listen to really loud heavy metal.  It will dull your ears to compensate for the increased volume of their voice.
And as always, these are simply my worthless opinions.
Reverence is fine, Sanctity is silly.
We're all fucked, it helps to remember that.

I like being single.  I do not want a relationship.  I am much happier sticking with my friends.
