I got off my lazy ass and got my trash outside and my laundry started, using the system Celticgoddess suggested
(work for 20 minutes, take a 10-minute break, and repeat that cycle over and over to get stuff done painlessly!).  :thumbup:

I have gotten most of the tangles out of my hair, trimmed it a bit, and conditioned it with hot oil so it is silky.   :2thumbsup:
